1. 聖公會心意行動1126火災支援熱線（8209 8122）（上午9時至晚上6時）每個電話皆由專業社工接聽，向災民提供：
- 心理輔導、情緒支援
- 經濟支援
- 緊急藥物支援
- 臨時住宿
- 食物援助
- 免費殯葬服務及殯葬實務諮詢
- 後事實務支援及哀傷輔導
2. 聖公會心意行動1126火災支援基金，向災民提供現金援助及物資支援，可至電8209 8122申請
3. 開放救主堂社會服務中心-賽馬會家庭幹線（休息空間、飲用水、簡單食物、手機充電設施、情緒支援）（上午9時至晚上6時）
我們邀請各界善心人士伸出援手，每一份支持都彌足珍貴。

In difficult times, mutual care and solidarity bring hope and strength. The Welfare Council has quickly and fully mobilised to support affected residents:
1. S.K.H. Act of Love 1126 Fire Disaster Support Hotline (8209 8122) (9am to 6pm | All calls answered by professional social workers)
- Counselling service and emotional support
- Financial assistance
- Emergency medication support
- Temporary accommodation
- Food assistance
- Free funeral services and funeral consultation
- Post-funeral support and bereavement counselling
2. S.K.H. Act of Love 1126 Fire Disaster Support Fund provides cash grants and essential supplies to affected individuals and families.

3. H.K.S.K.H. The Church of Our Saviour Social Service Centre - Jockey Club Family Express
Open 9am - 6pm, offering:
- Rest space
- Drinking water and light refreshments
- Mobile phone charging stations
- Emotional support and counselling services
