Prayer for the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Fire Victims and Ongoing Relief Efforts:
Lord, we ask for Your mercy. May the Holy Spirit personally comfort those who lost their lives in the disaster and their families. May God work through all medical staff and rescue forces to heal the injured, care for those whose bodies, minds, and spirits are weighed down by fear and distress, and encourage those anxiously waiting for news of their missing loved ones.
We also pray for Your protection over everyone involved in the rescue operations. Grant them safety as they carry out their duties, so that those still trapped may be rescued, families separated may be reunited, and the souls of the deceased may be received by You. Be present with the bereaved families, and mobilize all resources in society to provide the greatest possible help to the victims and their families.
